Cancellation and Termination

Beeye reserves the right to terminate, at any time and without notice, any account that originates from fraudulent and/or illegal use of its products, services, and the elements presented on the website or application. Likewise, Beeye reserves the right to convert the accounts of clients in default of payment to a free license, allowing limited access to the platform so that the owed amounts can be settled. This operation will result in blocking access to most functionalities for the user accounts associated with that client. After this period, Beeye will proceed with the permanent deletion of the account and the associated information for technical reasons.
Dispute Resolution
Since Beeye is available in different countries, these terms of use are currently subject to Canadian and French laws. Any dispute related to the use of the website or the application will be resolved before the competent courts in one of these two countries, depending on where the dispute in question occurred.
