Governance and compliance

Read-only, by design
The Beeye MCP connector has no write access: the assistant cannot create, change or delete anything in Beeye. Every change is made in the application, by a manager.
The user’s rights, nothing more
Every call is made on behalf of an identified user, via OAuth 2.0. The agent never has more rights than the person using it: you see through it only what you already see in Beeye.
Hosted in your region
The Beeye MCP connector is hosted in the same region as your Beeye data: the European Union, Canada or the United States, depending on your agreement. Exchanges are encrypted end to end, in TLS 1.2 or higher.
No sensitive data exposed
No health, opinion, geolocation or biometric data. Employee data stays professional: role, workload, time.
Your data does not train the models
Per the pro and enterprise commitments of Microsoft, Anthropic and OpenAI. To be checked in the DPA in force for your account.
A component, not a brain
The MCP contains no model and decides nothing. Under the AI Act, it is an interoperability component (Article 25(4)), not an AI system.
Call log retained
Timestamp, user, tool called, status: technical logs are kept for at least six months and available on justified request.
The decision stays human
Models can be wrong. A decision with a significant impact on people is never taken on the AI’s answer alone.
Portable across providers
The connector is neutral. You move from Copilot to Claude or ChatGPT without changing it, keeping the same security model.

Can the assistant change the schedule in Beeye?

Does the assistant see more than the connected user?

The Beeye MCP connector is hosted in the same region as your Beeye data: the European Union, Canada or the United States, depending on your agreement. Exchanges with the assistant transit through the AI provider your firm chose, per its plan’s hosting options.
Is the Beeye MCP an AI system under the AI Act?
No. It contains no model, makes no inference and decides nothing. It is an interoperability component under Article 25(4). Beeye provides you the guide for your own obligations.
